TSA Riley are excited to have a Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy in our central Birmingham office. Due to continued growth in the Midlands region, we are seeking to strengthen our cost management team in Birmingham. This role will see you work on a variety of exciting projects within the built environment, carrying out a full remit of pre and post contract duties in a Project Quantity Surveying role. You will also play a vital role in supporting and mentoring junior staff’s development within the office.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with great technical skills and proven people management skills to fulfil this role. Given the nature of the pipeline of projects within the Midlands region, we are seeking candidates who have had exposure to large scale residential projects in previous roles, ideally some medium to high-rise, city centre developments and/or exposure to projects in the build to rent sector. Likewise, prior experience of operating in the Employers Agent role would also be advantageous.
