Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
- Advise on building regulations, planning, and property legislation.
- Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Conduct dilapidation assessments and negotiate for clients.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Handle Part Wall issues, notices, and awards.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- Full MRICS membership or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of contracts like JCT or NEC.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry systems.
