We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to join our Newcastle & Northern NSW region's Infrastructure team.

About the Role: In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for delivering major projects across utilities (water and energy) and transport (road and rail). You will lead strategic planning, commercial management and governance, while guiding project teams and building client relationships. You will also shape delivery approaches, support people development and contribute to the growth of our NSW infrastructure capability. This opportunity sits well for an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step toward a Project Director pathway.
About You:
- 8-12+ years' experience in client-side consulting, construction or engineering project development or delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex infrastructure projects across utilities, transport or related sectors, with accountability for cost, programme and risk.
- Preferable tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, operating confidently with senior clients and decision-makers.
- A collaborative leadership style, including mentoring and supporting project team members.
- Experience delivering projects for institutional investors, government agencies or portfolio clients is highly desirable.
