Joining TSA Riley at a pivotal stage of growth, you'll help shape the people, leadership and culture agenda across our UK and Ireland business.

About the role: If you’re looking for a People & Culture role where your judgement, influence and commercial insight can make a visible difference, this is an opportunity to do just that. At TSA Riley, we know great work happens when people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best. As we continue to grow across the UK, Ireland & Canada, we’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who can build close, trusted relationships with our leaders and help shape the conditions for people and performance to thrive.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business: listening carefully, asking good questions, bringing constructive challenge and turning people insight into practical, commercially grounded action. You’ll partner with senior leaders through change, growth and complexity, supporting work across organisational design, leadership capability, culture, M&A integration, TUPE activity and workforce transitions. You’ll have the scope to make a visible difference, shaping decisions that matter and helping leaders create teams where people feel connected to the work, each other and the future we’re building.

About TSA Riley: TSA Riley is a global project consultancy of 1,000 experts with experience across all stages of the project lifecycle. Our mission is to help our clients and communities realise the transformative power of their built assets. We help our clients enhance public and private property, buildings and infrastructure for our collective future. Our commitment to creating positive impact drives our mission to create spaces and places where people connect, learn, live, heal, protect, shop, work, and travel. TSA Riley has offices across the United Kingdom and Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South-east Asia and Canada. Across our locations, we aim to inspire, support and empower our people to grow at a pace that surprises them. We are proud to be certified Investors in People in the UK and recognised as a Great Place to Work in Australia, South-east Asia and New Zealand.

For this role, that means joining a global business with local influence, senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to help shape how our people and culture evolve as we grow.

What you’ll contribute: As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll translate business strategy into impactful people solutions that enhance organisational performance, capability, and growth. Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce performance, organisational effectiveness, and business growth. Lead complex organisational change, including organisational design, restructures, transformation programmes, M&A integration, TUPE activity and workforce transitions. Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and team effectiveness initiatives. Shape high‑performing, inclusive, and values‑led cultures that enable employees and leaders to thrive. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, organisational risk, and employment legislation. Use data, insights, and workforce analytics to influence decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner across local and global teams to deliver strategic People & Culture priorities.

What You’ll Gain: In return, you’ll join a People & Culture team with the mandate, ambition and trust to make a tangible difference. You’ll have the autonomy to shape solutions, the support of a collaborative global network, and the opportunity to build a lasting people legacy in a growing consultancy.

About You: You're a commercially minded People & Culture professional who thrives in complex and evolving environments. You bring a strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to translate ideas into practical outcomes that drive business performance. You have a track record of partnering with senior leaders to navigate organisational change, build leadership capability, and solve complex people challenges. You're comfortable influencing at all levels, bringing both credibility and constructive challenge to support better business decisions.

You may bring some or all of the following. We’re most interested in people who bring strong commercial judgement, credible senior partnering experience and the confidence to lead through complexity:

  • Significant experience in a Senior People Partner, Senior HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Proven experience leading organisational design, business transformation, restructures, and workforce change programmes.
  • Experience supporting M&A activity, business integrations, TUPE transfers, or other complex organisational transitions.
  • Strong leadership coaching capability, with experience developing senior leaders and building high‑performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, employment legislation, organisational risk, and change management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Experience using workforce data and insights to influence decision‑making and shape organisational priorities.
  • Experience of working in a global matrixed environment is desirable.

Most importantly, you're energised by change. You enjoy working at pace, solving complex business challenges, and helping leaders build organisations that are equipped for future success.
