Responsibilities
- Work closely with the (Global) Chief Risk Officer and Head of IMS (UK).
- Assist with the management and maintenance of multiple ISO standards in the UK.
- Plan and programme peer review audits in conjunction with service leads and office directors.
- Coordinate the completion of corrective action, making the required system improvements.
- In conjunction with colleagues in Australia and New Zealand, develop and regularly review policies and procedures where required.
- Undertake IMS audits in relation to ISO standards and internal department requirements.
- Make changes to processes and procedures which reflect the strategic priorities and objectives of the business, identifying areas of weakness and making plans to address them.
- Collaborate with the Quality & Risk team to identify compliance or operational risks and assist with developing management and mitigation strategies.
- Production and maintenance of ISO related data within Excel.
- Preparation of reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Processing of legal documentation.
- Sub-consultant Appointment processing, maintenance and performance evaluation.
- Controlled/standard document creation, maintenance and version control.
- Provide induction/training in relation to the IMS.
- Preparation for external audit across multiple offices.
- Work with accounts team to co-ordinate carbon measurement data and facilitate external verification of data.
- Maintain and update environmental compliance portals, ensuring accurate and timely input of data related to regulatory requirements and client-specific obligations.
