At TSA, we’ve grown by more than 70% in the last twelve months alone. We’ve welcomed brands like De’Longhi, E.ON Next and The Collective, and grown our relationships with brands such as Jack Daniel’s. Now we’re looking for a Senior Social Media & Strategy Executive to help us keep that momentum going.

We’re a creator-inspired social media agency, founded in 2020 and later acquired by Five by Five, a global, independent and family-owned creative agency. That means we have all the energy of a start-up, with the backing and structure of an established agency behind us.

The role

This role sits where strategy meets creativity. It’s about turning big-picture plans into thriving online communities, day in, day out. You’ll take the lead on the everyday running of your clients’ social accounts, making sure content goes out seamlessly, stays on strategy and delivers against their KPIs.

Much of your week will be spent keeping accounts in great shape. That means planning and scheduling content, managing communities and keeping content calendars up to date, with assets, tags and data finalised and mapped accurately and on time. Through your captions and conversations with followers, you’ll build and protect a consistent voice for each brand. You’ll also work closely with our social creative team to make sure planned content follows best practice for each platform.

Data will play a big part too. Using tools like Sprout Social, you’ll dig into how content is performing and suggest changes to content styles and posting times that could boost engagement. You’ll turn those insights into clear performance reports, with recommendations that the team and our clients can act on.

We’d also love you to keep us ahead of the curve. When a new trend takes off or a platform launches a new feature, you’ll be quick to spot it and suggest creative ways our clients could use it. Beyond your own accounts, you’ll support the senior team on new business by helping prepare social media audits and pulling together platform research for pitches.

About you

You’ll have at least a year’s experience in a similar role, with a clear understanding of social media and creator (influencer) marketing. You’ll know the major social platforms inside out, including what works best on each one. You’ll also be confident using social management tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite for scheduling, community management and reporting.

Managing several client accounts and competing priorities at once comes naturally to you, because you’re extremely organised and have a great eye for detail. You’re passionate about social strategy and good at turning performance data into focused feedback the team can use. You’re a strong copywriter with excellent grammar and spelling, and you communicate clearly in writing and in person. You’re also comfortable presenting to senior colleagues and clients.

You think creatively and look ahead to what clients might need next. You’re collaborative, positive and enthusiastic, you know when to take the initiative, and you enjoy working at pace. On the practical side, you’re confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Analytics would be a bonus.

What we offer

You’ll be entitled to have 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, along with life and personal accident insurance, Bupa private healthcare (medical history disregarded) and a health cash plan (private medical & health cash plan are avaliable after you've passed probation). Our pension scheme has rising employer contributions, and we offer enhanced parental leave, with eligibility based on length of service.
