We have an immediate need for Quality Control Inspectors for our New Castle, IN manufacturing facility on B Shift. Excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:- Good understanding of processes and requirements.
- Ensure quality standards.
- Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be dependable.
- Inspect finished products within the cycle time prior to delivery to the internal or external customer to verify quality specifications are met at inspection stations.
- Collect data for rejects and support for eliminating internal defects.
- Support development of Inspection Methods/OPSTAND on inspection station/process.
- Ensure policies/procedures are understood and followed.
- Provide a safe and professional work environment.
- Support to develop methods of inspection for improvement.
- Display and promote teamwork and a respectful atmosphere.
- Treat every associate fairly, equally, with respect and dignity.
- Support all TS Tech Indiana quality requirements.
- Support development of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand or sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally.
