Responsibilities
- IT Support: Provide primary office desktop and production computer/workstation support.
- Ability to run CAT5 cable with understanding of company based common practices.
- Supports production and office computer equipment, bar code readers, and printers, as well as perform network maintenance as directed.
- Track and maintain MIS resources including hardware, software and peripherals as directed.
- Requires extensive knowledge of Information Systems’ practices and procedures.
- Leverage available resources, such as documentation and knowledge base to resolve issues prior to escalation.
- Troubleshoot internal existing/custom applications.
- Troubleshoot payroll, EDI, production control, and bar-coding systems.
- Support wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Support IP Telephone system.
MES Support
- Track and maintain hardware and software assets as directed.
- Coordinate the initial set up and or relocation of MES workstations as directed.
- Act as liaison between IS and internal departments with MES System support.
- Production Printers (Zebra) set up, PMs, and Repairs.
- Production Scanner (Zebra and Keyence) set up, PMs, and Repairs.
- Support Production HMIs and Posiflex Devices set up, PMs, and Repairs.
- Support Production Scheduling within the MES System.
- Advanced understanding of production errors on the MES System.
- Support ongoing IS related projects as needed.
- Understanding seat BOMs in MES.
- Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
- Requires extensive knowledge of Information Systems’ practices and procedures.
Other
- It is an essential function of this position that Associates be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSIN operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation.
- Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the above duties.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Ensure safe operations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, use extensively fingers, hands, wrists, arms, eyes for computer work and lift and/or move a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally.
