Our client, an expanding Interior Design practice, is seeking an experienced interior designer to join their existing, dynamic team and work closely with Directors and Associates to lead multiple high-end residential projects, managing a team while delivering exceptional design and client service.
Responsibilities include creative direction and design and project management:
- Inspiring the design team
- Generating and presenting original ideas
- Designing and developing bespoke furniture, upholstery and lighting
- Confidently presenting design solutions to clients
You will have full accountability for project delivery while leading a team; scheduling and tracking projects and overseeing external contractor and supplier outputs.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Interior design with a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in the luxury residential sector. You should have proven project leadership, managing multiple projects simultaneously with expertise in all RIBA project management and stages (1-6). You should also have advanced knowledge of materials, finishes and bespoke FF&E with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable communication and presentation skills.
Location: Berkshire based role with some site visits, full driving licence required.
