The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR with HR initiatives, guidance and administration., Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining employee records and managing the new starter administration process, including issuing offer letters and contracts, obtaining relevant ID and assigning onboarding training.

Managing the leaver administration process, including relevant teams and liaising with the Line Managers.

Maintaining up to date records for mandatory training, performance and development reviews.

Supporting the hiring managers with creating job descriptions and coaching on effective recruitment and selection techniques.

Supporting on various HR initiatives and projects.

Providing coaching on employee lifecycle, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and ensuring employment law best practice.

Collating data and statistics to identify trends and raising any issues to the Head of HR.

Supporting the finance manager with payroll checks and submissions.
Are you CIPD level 5 or above qualified?
Have you got experience working with Dayforce global HCM software?, * Must be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified and have experience using Dayforce.

Will need to be experienced in the use of HR IS solutions – any Cornerstone experience would be beneficial.

Must have been working within a fast-paced HR team previously and have strong IT skills.
In return on offer is a salary of up to £42,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, pension contributions, plus more!
