About the Role
With a view to the next stage of the company's evolution our client is looking for a Managing Director who will be responsible for the strategic direction, hands-on leadership, operational and commercial performance that ensures growth and profit enhancement over years to come.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Taking full budgetary and P&L responsibility
- Developing and leading the strategy and long-term growth plans
- Leadership, support and development of an experienced senior management team
- Driving growth and margin through existing, and new, customer development
- Overseeing production capability and innovation, capitalising on new product initiatives and driving ROI
Experience required
Candidates should be experienced Managing Directors who bring a 'hands-on' track record of enhancing operational and commercial performance whilst developing people and processes in a Construction Products Manufacturing business.
Experience of working with Building Products merchant customers, as well as large contractors, will be essential in ensuring key account manegement and sales processes are optimised.
A proven track record of delivering results through improved management, program leadership and manufactured solutions will be critical in this ambitious and growing organisation.
