The Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia team. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal technical teams, and third‑party partners to analyse, design, and document technical solutions that meet business objectives. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead discoveries, shape technical solutions, and guide projects from strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements and understand client processes
  • Analyse, design, and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Recommend the best-fitting solutions based on logic, feasibility, and platform capabilities
  • Drive MVP approaches and lead mobile app projects
  • Own and manage functional scope for projects
  • Help clients build roadmaps, prioritize features, and groom backlogs
  • Conduct research on new products, updates, and platforms to advise clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert, raising awareness of innovation and process improvements
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams and vendors across different time zones
