The Role
We’re a fast‑paced creative startup that values collaboration, innovation and autonomy and we’re looking for a talented Video & Motion Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life through engaging visuals and animations.
As our Video & Motion Graphic Designer you’ll create dynamic animations, motion graphics and short‑form videos that engage our community and showcase our platform. You’ll collaborate with creative, product and marketing teams to develop storyboards, concepts and final deliverables – from lightweight Rive animations to 30‑second social ads and product demos.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create lightweight web‑optimized animations in Rive (or similar tools) for use across product website and in‑platform experiences.
- Design and animate social media ads, product videos and marketing assets using After Effects (or similar motion tools).
- Produce short‑form video content (15‑30 seconds) tailored for various digital channels.
- Collaborate in Figma to develop storyboards, visual concepts and motion‑ready assets.
- Execute end‑to‑end production from brief and ideation to final render and delivery.
- Manage workload independently while maintaining a high creative standard in a fast‑paced startup‑style environment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh out‑of‑the‑box ideas to campaigns and visual storytelling.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Video Editor with a strong visual portfolio.
- Skilled in Rive (or similar) for lightweight animations and After Effects (or similar) for video production.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfortable working across design systems and creative assets.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, pacing and timing.
- Experience creating ads, demos and social content for digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team‑first attitude.
- Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Must have a minimum 4‑hour overlap with UK time zone.
- Experience with Lottie, Rive state machines or interactive animation workflows.
- Interest in cybersecurity, gaming or tech industries.
- Basic sound design or YouTube video editing experience.
