TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cyber security training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cyber security easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having only been around for handful of years, we\’ve grown to more than 4 million community members and our growth isn\’t slowing down! 🥷

To keep up with our successes and user demand, we have huge internal hiring plans for this year, and so are looking for an additional TA Partner to join the HR Team on a 12 month FTC.

The Role

You\’ll be working alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner at TryHackMe, playing a crucial role in supporting our aggressive hiring plans this year as we scale our global remote-based teams with top talent.

You will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and hiring primarily into TryHackMe\’s engineering and product teams as well as managing the offer and onboarding stages for new joiners.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and fill open roles quickly.

As well as sourcing talent, you will have plentiful opportunity to be involved in project work surrounding recruitment and onboarding, as we push the capabilities of our HR Tech Stack and continuously improve our benefit offerings to worldwide candidates.

Skills & Requirements (Essential)

  • Recent Technical Hiring Experience: it’s essential that you have proven recent experience recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, product managers, cybersecurity specialists, and other technical positions.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Expertise in sourcing and engaging with passive candidates based globally, through various channels such as LinkedIn and other hiring platforms, ideally in the tech space.
  • Full-Cycle global recruitment: Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. It’s also ideal that you have been involved in the onboarding of new employees, with underlying knowledge of key localised hiring/ employment law requirements for a global workforce. We’re looking for someone who can guide us on ‘hot spots’ on the map for finding & attracting great technical talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements. Hiring at TryHackMe is particularly fast-paced with large volumes of open roles at one time; you must be comfortable working under pressure and providing frequent updates to the SLT.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data to inform recruitment strategies and optimise the hiring process. Being able to understand and provide business-insights relating to hiring data will be beneficial in this role. It\’s preferred that you have used TeamTailor ATS previously.
  • Adaptable, agile and exceptional communication skills: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. It’s preferred that you have experience working in a scale-up environment before. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must-have, to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for Cybersecurity: A genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading platform in this space is a plus!

Our Hiring Process:

Stage One: Intro screening call (30 mins)

Stage Two: Technical interview with TryHackMe\’s TA Partner & HR Manager (1 hour)

Stage Three: There may be a final stage call with the team or founders if required (30 mins)
