About the role

Product Manager at TryHackMe

If you like building products that actually matter, this is one of those roles.

Every day, thousands of people sign up to TryHackMe to learn cyber security. Some are beginners. Some are practitioners. Some are managers and decision makers inside companies who need better training for their teams.

Cyber security is becoming more critical every year. More software is being written than ever before. More systems are connected. The attack surface keeps growing. The demand for real, hands on training is exploding.

At TryHackMe, we sit right in the middle of that shift.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us turn individual curiosity into long term adoption across businesses, schools, and governments. This role is about identifying high intent users, getting them to value fast, and building simple, scalable ways for organisations to train their people properly.

This is not a role for someone who wants to write tickets and wait for instructions. It is for someone who likes ownership, pace, and solving messy problems with real impact.

What you will actually be doing

You will own a meaningful slice of the B2B and Education product. That includes how people discover value, how they onboard, how they buy, and why they stay.

You will work closely with Engineering and Design to ship fast and iterate in the open. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand real customer pain and turn it into product decisions. You will experiment, measure, learn, and improve.

You will shape how self serve works. You will influence pricing and packaging. You will think deeply about activation, retention, and expansion. You will see your work land with real users at real scale.

There is plenty of greenfield here. There are strong opinions but there is also lots of space to challenge them!

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B software.

  • Strong track record of collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Familiarity with B2C2B and PLG models.

  • Data-driven and comfortable using tools like Amplitude.

  • Excellent communicator – able to turn complex feedback into crisp product requirements.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and getting things shipped.

Bonus points

  • Experience in cybersecurity, edtech, or learning platforms.

  • Technical curiosity or background in engineering or data.
