As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TryHackMe, you will play a crucial role in our mission to build and scale our global teams with top talent, especially in the technical domain. You will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and hiring into TryHackMe’s growing teams. You will have plentiful opportunity to be involved in project work surrounding recruitment and onboarding, and will support Senior TA indeveloping and delivering new initiatives to constantly improve the candidate experience – from job posting, sourcing, global hiring heat maps, interviews, onboarding, DE&I strategy and more! You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and provide support and training to peers on how to effectively conduct interviews, as well as personalising interview structure and stages for varying departments and roles. Recent Technical Hiring Experience: Although we are seeking a TA Partner with generalist expertise, it’s essential that you have proven recent experience in recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and other technical positions. Full-Cycle Recruitment for a global workforce: Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. We’re looking for someone who can guide us on ‘hot spots’ on the map for finding & attracting great technical talent. Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice. Proven experience of coaching and supporting hiring managers with global hiring strategies and interview skills are beneficial for your application. Data-Driven: Experience using data to inform recruitment strategies and optimise the hiring process. Being able to understand and provide business-insights relating to hiring data will be beneficial in this role.
