The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at TryHackMe, you will play a crucial role in our mission to build and scale our global teams with top talent, especially in the technical domain. You will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and hiring into TryHackMe’s growing teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and provide support and training to peers on how to effectively conduct interviews, as well as personalising interview structure and stages for varying departments and roles.
Skills & Requirements (Essential)
- Recent Technical Hiring Experience: Proven and recent experience in recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, product, cyber, data and AI.
- Startup & Scale-up experience: Experience scaling agile teams within a technical startup environment. Working with intensity and within small lean capacities.
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Expertise in sourcing and engaging with passive candidates based globally, through various channels such as LinkedIn and other hiring platforms, ideally in the tech space.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment for a global workforce: Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. Involvement in the onboarding of new employees, with knowledge of key localised hiring/employment law requirements for a global workforce.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice. Proven experience of coaching and supporting hiring managers with global hiring strategies and interview skills.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data to inform recruitment strategies and optimise the hiring process. Understanding and providing business insights relating to hiring data.
- Adaptable, agile and exceptional communication skills: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must-have.
- Passion for Cybersecurity: A genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading platform in this space is a plus!

Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Intro with TA Lead (25-30 mins)
- Stage 2: Short challenge (30-60 mins prep max) then the live interview (circa 45 mins)
- Stage 3: Co-Founder Interview (25-30 mins)
- Stage 4: Meet the remaining TA team (Post offer)
Additional Notes
- We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
- Due to volume, detailed feedback will be provided from stage two onwards.
Location (UK/EU)
We are a UK-based People team but open to UK and EU-based candidates for this role. Some in-person sessions will be required throughout the 6m FTC, but all expenses paid.
