We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to take full ownership of the most critical part of our growth engine: turning sign-ups into active, engaged learners. You’ll be running rapid experiments at scale, driving execution with pace, and seeing the impact of your work daily.
You’ll work in a small, nimble squad, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other Growth PMs (Acquisition, Engagement, Monetisation). Founders are hands-on with product development, and you’ll need to thrive in an environment where speed, clarity, and strong judgement matter most.
What you’ll do:
- Run and analyse multiple experiments in parallel, using 8k+ daily sign-ups to learn fast.
- Write clear Jira tickets so engineers can focus on building.
- Work with Design to make onboarding simple and effective.
- Use data (Amplitude, Hotjar) and user insights (calls, surveys, Reddit, Discord) to spot and prioritise opportunities.
- Share results openly so the whole team learns faster.
- Ship value every sprint - execution and speed are key.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software.
- Proven experience designing, running, and analysing AB tests – this is essential. Please do not apply if you haven’t directly led experiments.
- Demonstrated success improving activation funnels and user onboarding in SaaS or consumer apps.
- Track record of running growth experiments in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong grasp of funnel metrics, growth loops, and optimisation techniques.
- Analytical skills: confident using data to frame problems, prioritise, and measure impact.
- Core PM craft: discovery, writing, user research, backlog management, and clear communication.
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, remote-first scale-up: you’ll be proactive, visible, and adaptable.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves: writing tickets, breaking down work, and ensuring something ships every sprint.
Bonus points:
- Background in edtech or passion for learning products.
- Interest in or past experience with cybersecurity.
