We are on the look out for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help us grow our social media channels and strengthen our brand.

Who you are

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role or a similar position.
  • You bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • You are energetic, up to date with the latest trends, and brimming with creative ideas.
  • If you are proactive, highly motivated, and passionate about building brands and collaborating with others, we would love to hear from you.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience creating marketing collateral, including digital advertisements and event signage
  • A detail-oriented and organised approach, capable of managing multiple projects at once
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player

  • Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimisation

What the role involves

  • Brand Awareness: Drive visibility through social media posts, collateral creation, SEO, blogs, and press releases
  • Analytics & Reporting: Update reports with up to date analytics on social media, Google Analytics, and email campaign performance (weekly)
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand and mission, builds community, and drives engagement
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread content for emails, websites, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Help develop and execute campaigns, ensuring all communications (social media, website, email) align with the TRYBE brand identity, values, and tone of voice
  • Event Support: Capture and share content from events to highlight success stories and showcase our impact
  • Collaboration & Creativity: Bring fresh ideas, unique perspectives, and strategic input to improve ongoing efforts
  • Public Relations: Support the Marketing team in drafting press releases for new collections and campaigns to help secure media coverage
