We are on a mission to revolutionise their guest and back-of-house operational experiences. We are a high performing, energetic team, looking for like-minded, talented individuals who want to embrace the start-up culture and work as a team as we continue to grow and take on new heights. We are currently targeting the German market, and in need of an English and German speaker to join the growing onboarding team.

What the role involves:

  • Guiding new customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to successful product adoption.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to each customer's needs and goals.
  • Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success or Account Management team post-launch.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Translating Knowledge base guides in German.
  • Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and suggesting workflow or content enhancements.

  • Have 3+ years of onboarding experience for a SaaS product.

  • You are proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, always looking for ways to improve the onboarding experience and set customers up for long-term success.
