We’re on the look out for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help us grow our social media channels and strengthen our brand.
Who you are
You have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role or a similar position. More importantly, you bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone energetic, up to date with the latest trends, and brimming with creative ideas. If you’re proactive, highly motivated, and passionate about building brands and collaborating with others, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience creating marketing collateral, including digital advertisements and event signage
- A detail-oriented and organised approach, capable of managing multiple projects at once
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player

- Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
What the role involves
- Brand Awareness: Drive visibility through social media posts, collateral creation, SEO, blogs, and press releases
- Analytics & Reporting: Update reports with up to date analytics on social media, Google Analytics, and email campaign performance (weekly)
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand and mission, builds community, and drives engagement
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread content for emails, websites, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Marketing Campaign Support: Help develop and execute campaigns, ensuring all communications (social media, website, email) align with the TRYBE brand identity, values, and tone of voice
- Event Support: Capture and share content from events to highlight success stories and showcase our impact
- Collaboration & Creativity: Bring fresh ideas, unique perspectives, and strategic input to improve ongoing efforts
- Public Relations: Support the Marketing team in drafting press releases for new collections and campaigns to help secure media coverage
