Information on International Professional Risks: The International Professional Risks Division handles business from over 80 countries and from almost every continent around the world. Members of the team have significant experience in placing Financial Lines (including Bankers Blanket Bond, Specie and Commercial Crime), Professional Lines (including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, and Medical Malpractice), Cyber and General Liability/Casualty Insurance. The Division is proud of a client list which ranges from smaller companies to multinational corporate institutions and national banks, handled on both a Reinsurance and Insurance basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient, professional and administrative service to the client and market broking teams of the Division.
- Preparation of slips and endorsements on the Total Objects system and entering all necessary dates.
- Check and complete the monthly Compliance report.
- Timely preparation of e-files for all monthly renewals and new business.
- Assist with electronic processing of accounts and e‑filing.
- Maintain complete, accurate and up to date records of accounts as an audit trail for files and documentation and preparation of weekly statistics.
- Check all processed documentation for outstanding Subjectivities.
- Respond to routine enquiries in a timely manner and liaise with the Cheltenham office.
- Completion of all personal and compliance training as deemed necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills (including written and verbal) with both internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others — strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding and affinity for relationship building.
- Good administrative and time management skills.
