We are recruiting for Plant Nursery Workers to join an established company that grows a wide range of plants for a large garden centre. This is a long-term temporary position and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with plants, gardening or horticulture. The role will involve: * Checking plants for quality and removing damaged plants * Repotting plants into different-sized pots * Watering and caring for plants * Moving and arranging plants around the nursery * Preparing plants for delivery * General plant care and nursery duties * Keeping the working areas clean and tidy You do not necessarily need professional horticultural experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with plants, is practical and reliable, and is happy working in an outdoor environment. The site is approximately 5 miles from Kenilworth and Solihull and is not easily accessible by public transport, so you must have your own car and driving licence.
