An established manufacturer of secure shop fronts based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and program CNC milling and turning machines for low-volume batch production.
  • Write, edit, and optimise Fanuc programs for:
  • Dah Lih MCV-720 vertical machining centre
  • Hwacheon Cutex 200 CNC lathe with barfeed
  • Create 2D and 3D toolpaths for milling and turning using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM.
  • Generate CNC programs and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience setting and programming Fanuc-controlled CNC milling and turning centres.
    • Strong CAD/CAM experience, ideally with Fusion 360.
    • Ability to work independently, interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-precision output.

    Hours

    Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

    This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start available.
