Base pay range CAD Engineer Our client manufactures brass hardware and accessories and is looking for a CAD Engineer. CAD Engineer Role: Technical product development of door and cabinet hardware. Salary: Up to £45K. CAD Engineer Job Specification: Design and develop products using CAD software using Auto Desk Inventor and Vault. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and optimised for manufacturing. Ensure all design and technical work meets company standards and values. Good knowledge of metals and machining processes. Degree in mechanical engineering. Experience with shop floor machining and manufacturing processes. Producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing teams. CAD Engineer Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday.
