Duties:
- Supervising eight people on a packaging / production line.
- Deputising for the shift manager and supporting the packaging manager in the supervision and development of the packaging team.
- Monitoring materials and stock using the SAP system.
- Ensuring the lines run as efficiently as possible avoiding unnecessary downtime.
- Complete daily department paperwork accurately.
- Reporting faults and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Packaging / production line supervisory experience.
- Team leader skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Basic IT skills.
- Food and hygiene training an advantage.
Hours:
Rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position.
