Overview

Our client, a growing security services provider, is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Consultant to generate new partnerships and secure security contracts across the West Midlands. This is a commission-only opportunity suited to a proactive, self-driven professional with strong regional contacts.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within:
    • Retail (shopping centres, retail parks, supermarkets)
    • Football clubs and sporting venues
    • Construction and development sites
    • Commercial and industrial premises
  • Build strategic partnerships with facilities managers, operations directors, site managers, and business owners.
  • Secure new contracts for services including:
    • Manned guarding
    • Retail security
    • Event and stadium security
    • Construction site security
  • Attend client meetings across Birmingham and surrounding areas (including occasional visits to locations such as Dickens Heath where required).
  • Manage the sales process from initial introduction through to contract agreement.

Remuneration

  • Commission-only structure (high earning potential).
  • Ongoing commission on secured contracts (where applicable).
  • Flexible working arrangement.
