Qualifications
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Deliver and review high-quality stress and structural integrity assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a senior technical authority
- Work directly with clients on complex challenges
- Demonstrate advanced FEA capability (strength, fatigue, defects, lifetime)
- Apply codes such as ASME III/VIII, API-579, BS7910, BS7608, R4/R5/R6
- (Desirable) Experience in CFD, dynamics, fatigue, and degradation
- Have experience in nuclear or another highly regulated sector
