We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Consulting team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind successful customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from supporting the sales process through implementation and beyond. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating implementation projects from handover through successful delivery.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and milestones while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborating with internal consultants, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
- Coordinating software license delivery, implementation planning, and customer training sessions.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
- Ensuring every customer has a successful implementation and continues to get maximum value from our solutions.
- Monitoring customer growth and identifying opportunities for expansion or additional services in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Continuously improving project processes and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Who you are
You're a structured and reliable professional who enjoys bringing people together to achieve successful outcomes. You have excellent organizational skills, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You'll bring:
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- A customer-focused attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications or Microsoft productivity solutions is a plus, but if you don't have it yet, we'll help you learn.
