Truvi is transforming risk and trust in the short-term rental market. Our platform combines guest screening, damage protection, and claims management — giving property managers and their guests confidence at every stage of a booking. As Account Manager for Partnerships & Key Accounts, you will own and develop relationships with our API integration partners, third-party resellers, and key accounts managing 50 or more listings. You will be responsible for deepening partner integrations, unlocking new revenue streams, and positioning Truvi as an indispensable part of how short-term rental operators run their business. The intelligence you gather will directly feed into our product and marketing teams, shaping Truvi's competitive position in the market.

Account growth & retention

  • Own a portfolio of integrated partners and key accounts, driving revenue growth and deepening platform adoption.
  • Develop and execute account plans with clear targets around upsell, cross-sell, and expanded usage.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to embed Truvi more deeply into partner workflows and commercial structures.
  • Manage renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and built for the long term.

Market intelligence & insight

  • Gather structured insight from partners and key accounts on market trends, competitor activity, and product gaps.
  • Feed intelligence back into the product and marketing teams to inform positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

Proven track record of growing accounts in a B2B environment. Experience managing API partners, resellers, or technology integrations. Highly commercial — confident negotiating and structuring commercial agreements. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously across multiple accounts. Willing and able to travel regularly across the UK and Europe. Background in short-term rental, PropTech, or travel/hospitality technology. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and the STR ecosystem. Experience working with enterprise or complex multi-site accounts. Existing network within the vacation rental or broader property sector. Additional European language(s) an advantage.

You thrive in conversations — whether that's a first meeting with a prospective partner, a commercial negotiation, or a product feedback session. You understand that great account management is about listening as much as it is about selling. You're organised, data-aware, and know how to balance a portfolio without dropping the ball. Competitive base salary with performance-related commission tied to account growth. Travel budget to support UK and European partner visits. Direct input into product and marketing strategy through the intelligence you bring back.
