What You’ll Be Responsible For
Paid Media Performance
- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other acquisition platforms.
- Monitor and improve key commercial metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and contribution to Sales Production.
- Manage media budgets effectively to maximise efficiency and scale.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance through targeting, creative, landing pages, messaging and funnel optimisation.
- Support forecasting, pacing and budget allocation across channels.
- Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to build platform-native campaigns that drive Community, Consideration or Conversion.
- Help shape creative briefs using performance insights and customer behaviour data.
- Ensure content and campaigns are commercially effective, not just visually engaging.
- Feed learnings back into content strategy and creative production.
- Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages and funnel journeys.
- Identify 1% improvements that compound into meaningful business impact over time.
- Support CRO initiatives alongside the UX/CRO Lead.
Reporting & Commercial Visibility
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting focused on actionable insight, not vanity metrics.
- Translate performance data into commercial recommendations and next actions.
- Work closely with leadership to provide visibility on performance, opportunities and risks.
- Help improve attribution, tracking and marketing measurement across the business.
Audience & Growth Development
- Support audience diversification and customer acquisition strategies across different markets and demographics.
- Explore new growth opportunities, channels and platform trends.
- Help Tru build stronger owned audience capability and reduce reliance on external platforms over time.
About You

- 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, either in-house or agency side.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution and digital funnels.
- Experience working with ecommerce, travel, lifestyle or consumer brands is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, analytics platforms and performance dashboards.
- Experience working closely with creative teams and feeding performance insights into content strategy.
