Clive Mark Schoolwear has been supplying school uniform for over 50 years, with a reputation for premium quality branded school clothes that are made to withstand the rigours of school life. As well as a fantastic range of school uniform and sportswear, we also stock a variety of bags and accessories and other useful “must haves”. We are currently looking for Store Assistants to join our Walsall store. You'll work different hours per week, and shifts will vary across Monday to Sunday including evenings for School Sales.

About the Job

  • Provide support to the Store Management in the efficient day-to-day operations of the store in order to achieve or exceed the Sales Targets whilst delivering world class customer service.
  • Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Making sure that the products and store are well presented.
  • Unpacks all products received and displays the merchandise on the sales floor with the correct price in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Helping our customers get just what they need.
  • Handling cash and card transactions, taking orders and resolving customer queries.
  • Working to the Clive Mark Customer Service standards in order to meet or exceed customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
  • Following company policy and procedures.

About You

  • Friendly, helpful and customer focused.
  • Flexible to work different shifts.
  • Has the capability to forge a good working relationship with junior and senior staff members contributing to a winning team culture.
  • Driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Displays a high level of integrity.
  • Is trustworthy and honest.
  • Numerical with a good understanding of cash handling and till functionality.
  • Previous retail experience is preferable.
