We have a number of temporary vacancies available in our Customer Services Team for the period of time of July-Mid September. The main focus of the role is to work closely with our B2C (Business to Customer) and B2B (Business to Business) teams to answer incoming queries via phone, email and live chat.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation on the website
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Processing orders, return queries and updating systems
- Handling enquiries via phone and email, advising customers on products, resolving queries
- Dealing with any customer issues and complaints and resolving to a satisfactory level in a timely manner
- Working with Warehouse to gain delivery information for customers
- Working to department SLAs and KPIs
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
Core Functional Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
- Previous experience of working in fast paced Customer Services environment is desirable.
