Job Purpose

To lead and manage a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with CQC regulations and best practice. The role includes responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, compliance, staff leadership, and service development.
