Trust Tech Recruitment are working with an established international company who are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be working on the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of business-critical IT systems across multiple locations.

You will provide technical assistance to users, support core business applications and help maintain a reliable, secure and consistent technology environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across UK and international offices.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving SAP Business One, Microsoft 365 and general IT systems.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions and access across key business applications.
  • Support Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Share Point, Word, Excel and Copilot.
  • Assist with system upgrades, software deployments and technical issue resolution.
  • Help maintain servers, networks, laptops, desktops and other user hardware.
  • Work with external technology providers to resolve infrastructure and application issues.
  • Support Vo IP, mobile devices and business telephony services.
  • Maintain accurate system data and assist with reporting and process improvements.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, data protection and internal IT policies.
  • Support technology projects, automation initiatives and systems integration work.
  • Provide remote support across different locations and, where required, time zones.
  • Experience using SQL is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting SAP Business One would be beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support.
  • Experience managing Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management tools.
  • Strong internal IT support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles and GDPR requirements.
  • Knowledge of Vo IP and business telephony.
  • Experience using and promoting Microsoft Copilot.
  • Good understanding of servers, networks and end-user devices.
