Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and mentor junior team members.
  • Attend networking events and collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients targeting all verticals in the UK market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demos to pricing, negotiation, and closing, and work with our sales development team to close a high percentage of new leads.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of relevant opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain an in‑depth understanding of Trustpilot’s product through close collaboration with in‑house training, pre‑sales, and management teams.
  • Mentor and support junior Business Development Managers.
  • Liaise with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover between Trustpilot and the client.
  • Attend events to network and generate interest in the Trustpilot platform.
  • Work with our marketing team to identify leads gathered from webinars and events.

Location

London – hybrid work setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to senior decision makers.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and how to use them to plan for growth.
  • A desire to grow your skills whilst mentoring others.
