As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be embedded in GTM Technology projects and initiatives, taking ownership of the analysis and requirements workstream within them. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are well-defined, that requirements are clear and validated, and that delivery stays grounded in genuine business need. A BA does not just gather requirements in isolation; they are an active participant in the project lifecycle, owning their workstream from kick-off through to delivery and taking responsibility for ensuring that what gets built actually solves the right problem.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ownership & Delivery: Take ownership of the analysis and requirements workstream on Salesforce projects and initiatives, driving it forward from kick-off through to delivery. Manage your work across the full product lifecycle - requirements, design, build, test, and deployment. Prioritise clarity over comprehensiveness.
  • Salesforce & Business Domain Expertise: Act as a functional subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across the platform.
  • Problem Solving & Requirements Translation: Dig into business problems, challenge assumptions, and ensure the solution being built addresses the underlying need. Break down complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted, proactive relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Facilitate requirements workshops and produce well-structured user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, process maps, and documentation.
  • Data, Reporting & Governance: Contribute to data governance standards across the Salesforce platform. Design and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable insight.
  • Delivery Lifecycle: Maintain and groom the backlog with the delivery teams. Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Salesforce space.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customisation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and knowledge of customer review platforms are highly desirable.

What’s in it for you

  • A range of flexible working options.
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus.
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment.
  • Two paid volunteering days a year.
