You will report into our Chief People Officer and act as a key people leader for all stakeholders within our Product, Technology & Digital Enablement teams. As People Director, you’ll partner closely with business leaders to drive both strategic vision and day-to-day impact. You’ll lead global initiatives, refine processes, and implement people strategies that empower teams to perform at their best and deliver outstanding results. You’ll be passionate about the Trustie experience and using world-class people practices to drive results and support our mission to be a destination employer. This is a critical role—Product, Technology, and Digital Enablement are pivotal to Trustpilot’s success, and their growth will shape the company's future. As People Director you will help to unlock the full potential of these teams playing a key role in propelling Trustpilot towards its vision to become the universal symbol of trust. What you’ll be doing: Partner with the Product, Technology & Digital Enablement Leadership teams to fast-track the development of strong leadership capabilities at all levels and to ensure strong succession planning within these business areas. Act as a trusted advisor to the Product, Technology & Digital Enablement Executive leaders and their direct reports to enable and empower the leaders to succeed. Develop and lead a small team of People Business Partners, based in London and New York, reporting directly into you. Help design the evolution of the Product, Technology & Digital Enablement Leadership organisation to support rapid organisational growth. Have global accountability for the implementation of the strategic initiatives laid out in the People Plan, as well as driving key projects and people processes. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure an effective working relationship that allows us to source the right capabilities in the right markets. Champion our mission, vision, values and employee experience both inside and outside the organization. Who you are: A senior People Business Partner within a global organization, preferably in a fast-paced, high growth Corporate environment Strong understanding of how to grow and scale teams at an exponential rate with excellent good knowledge of the employee life cycle end-to-end. Have the gravitas to communicate well thought out ideas and processes to management based on accurate data and take accountability when debating the best course of action for the business. Experience of influencing and advising leadership and senior management on all people related matters. Highly inclusive, collaborative people leader with a track record of growing capability and attracting diverse talent. A proven track record in operating autonomously and under pressure at an operational and strategic level across complex organisations and with a high level of ambiguity. Strong people leadership experience, developing and supporting People Business Partners.
