In this key role, you are responsible for driving a culture of continuous growth across Trustpilot. You will achieve this by designing and executing cutting-edge learning solutions that are strategically aligned with our long-term business goals, enabling Trusties to thrive. Your impact will be felt cross-functionally as you develop engaging training programmes and provide essential support to leaders, ultimately fueling both individual and organisational growth through impactful initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable learning programmes that empower Trustpilot’s global workforce and support our long-term vision.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programmes using the latest methodologies and digital tools.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to ensure impactful, timely delivery of learning initiatives with measurable results.
  • Analyze complex learning challenges and create tailored solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify learning gaps and develop operational solutions that move the needle.
  • Support the continuous development of our global Learning and Leadership Development Strategy, identifying business needs and proposing solutions that have business impact.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences, from workshops to digital modules, that inspire continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives, using feedback and data to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Advocate for the learning and development priorities that will help drive Trustpilot’s success, influencing key stakeholders across the organisation.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in learning and development or related fields, with a track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of learning principles, methodologies, and tools to drive effective programs.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that engage and empower.
  • Experience managing cross-functional learning projects, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to assess learning needs and evaluate the outcomes of programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to independently meet goals.
