Summary Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with partner agencies to further extend Trustpilot’s reach and achieve revenue goals. As well as collaborating with key internal stakeholders, you will be a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for our agency partners, ensuring that the maximum value is gained from Trustpilot products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Nurture existing relationships and create new partnerships with digital/ecommerce agencies
- Present and demonstrate Trustpilot’s proposition to the interested prospects
- Manage relationships with partners to build continued business success
- Be available to our partners to support both their needs and the needs of their clients
- Work with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive activity and events to create and nurture pipeline
- Be responsible for achieving established revenue goals through the development and education of Trustpilot’s partners
Who you are:
- You have experience and knowledge within E-commerce, online marketing, sales or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in operating, building and maintaining relationships with agency partners
- Be commercially driven. Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record of new business via partnerships
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce/SaaS space. Knowledge or relationships within the Shopify ecosystem are a bonus
- Ability to effectively present and educate at all levels from account managers to agency owners/executives on Trustpilot’s ethics, consumer and business propositions as well as partnership value proposition
- Proven ability to collaborate with marketing to deliver joint partner propositions and associated marketing programmes
- You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills
