At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

We know that growth doesn’t happen by chance - it’s powered by world-class marketing, underpinned by smart operations. We’re looking for a Marketing Insight & Data Lead to serve as a key operational link between marketing strategy and technical execution, and to deliver insights that fuel our global marketing engine.

Under the direct guidance of the Sr. Director of Marketing Ops and working closely with the Head of Marketing Orchestration, your primary mission is to support our insight-delivery framework. You will help gather and structure marketing insight, empowering marketing teams to make data-informed decisions while centralising reporting requirements for hand-off to central Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, and GTM Tech functions.

In this role, you act as an integrator, ensuring data outputs are fully operationalised. You will directly impact three core areas: optimising marketing efficiency by delivering dashboards for ROI and Brand Health tracking; supercharging the funnel by refining campaign, lead, and account engagement data; and elevating overall data trust by eliminating blind spots and ensuring system-wide tracking completeness. If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity, blending data with innovation, and enabling marketing teams to perform at their best, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead dashboard and insight delivery for regional and central marketing teams. Translate complex performance data into actionable insights to optimise live campaigns and pull accurate reports aligned with GTM Ops, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Support the operationalisation of dashboards and tools across marketing. Assist with creating documentation, training materials, and quick-reference guides to help marketers build independent self-service habits.
  • Under the guidance of leadership, gather, validate, and organise the necessary performance data and analytical inputs required for Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs) and planning cycles.
  • Translate marketing objectives and business questions into structured requirements for Data & Analytics and Engineering teams.
  • Drive the progress of data pipeline requests, dashboard updates, and tracking fixes with GTM Tech and central Data teams to ensure delivery of requirements.
  • Support marketing data hygiene by conducting routine checks on end-to-end tracking setups, noting data gaps, and escalating issues to maintain high-integrity metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining the reporting components that connect the marketing lifecycle, giving leadership visibility into Campaign Performance (including ABM) and Funnel Velocity.
  • Maintain existing reporting structures, helping the team monitor current performance metrics while helping to develop scalable templates for forecasting and predictive analysis.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a similar data-focused business enablement role.
  • Proven proficiency with modern MarTech/CRM data environments (such as Salesforce, including leads, contacts, campaigns, and funnel concepts).
  • Comfortable working with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and pulling/manipulating data via SQL or advanced Google Sheets.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into insights, decisions, and stories that inspire action.
  • Strong communicator, able to clarify technical concepts for non-technical users and document clear business needs for engineers.
  • Desirable: Familiar with marketing attribution concepts or campaign tagging frameworks (UTMs)
  • Desirable: Experience working in an agile or sprint-based team structure.

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle-to-work scheme
  • Central office location complete with pool table, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials.
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts, and more.
  • Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice
  • Talent acceleration programs: Fast-track your career with our tailored development programs designed to support growth at whatever stage of your career

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
