The Marketing Manager is a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitions and vision to create an independent currency of trust in our key markets.
You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, and will help build:
Strategies that attract customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams.
Omni-channel programs and campaigns and events targeting our prospects and working with our Commercial partners to optimise conversion.
Expertise in market nuances and local insight, being natives in the markets we represent.
The full marketing mix in each market fulfilling the plans and ambitions for that market and a consistent brand narrative.
This role will help develop our acquisition marketing strategy to deliver value and growth in our prospect marketing strategies across the UK.
You will be responsible for leading impactful and commercially focused campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across our key segments.
You will lead our events strategy including strategy & execution of third-party sponsored events, roundtables and Trustpilot owned events.
What you'll be doing
- Own and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on brand messaging and ROI - including email, events, digital and content.
- Own the UK events strategy across owned and third party events.
This includes negotiating sponsorship packages, organising roundtable events, post event follow-up campaigns, and commercial alignment.
- Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Write copy for web, paid digital, email and others, along with creating landing pages to support campaigns.
- Take full responsibility for each of your campaigns; delivering on time and on budget, with clear ROI or other metrics.
- Analyse these programs and report on campaign performance.
- Coordinate with other marketing departments, including brand, content, comms and digital, to bring cohesion and consistency to every campaign.
Who you are
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with events & campaign experience
- Ability to operate in a high-performance, commercial environment and strive to continuously learn and improve
- Proven experience of building and executing B2B campaigns in a Saa S business - with demonstrable strong ROI
- Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions to improve business performance
- A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
- Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform, CRM systems and digital platforms. Ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
- High energy level, with a bias for positivity, action and accountability
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence others - regardless of seniority or department.
