What you\βll be doing:
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Commercial, and Product teams to design structured, scalable learning paths across Trustpilot\βs product portfolio
Become an expert in Trustpilot\βs product suite and translate complex, technical information into engaging, accessible content
Manage and optimise our learning platform to ensure training is easy to access, track, and update
Create curriculum and certifications that build product confidence and ongoing proficiency (e.g. demo certifications)
Develop multi-format learning experiences β from self-paced modules and videos to live sessions and guides β that encourage retention and real-world application
Support new hire onboarding with structured product education programmes and resources
Track and report on learner progress, adoption, and programme effectiveness, using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve impact
Align closely with Product Marketing to ensure training reflects product launches, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning
Contribute to a consistent, scalable content library that supports training, Help Centre resources, and in-product education
Experienced in instructional design, learning experience design, or similar roles within SaaS/technology companies
Confident applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP)
Skilled at building end-to-end learning journeys β from needs analysis to design, delivery, and evaluation
Creative in developing learner-centred content across multiple formats (eLearning, video, facilitator guides, job aids, etc.)
Comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to make complex information clear, relevant, and engaging
Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
Curious, proactive, and motivated to innovate and elevate the learner experience
