Are you a social media specialist who lives in-feed and knows exactly what captures attention? Trustpilot is looking for a Global Social Media Manager to join our Creative Studio as our dedicated expert in all things social. This isn’t just about posting content; you will be a key creative contributor, bridging the gap between high-level brand goals and platform-native reality. You will have the autonomy to concept, pitch, and polish content that actually gets talked about, helping to shape the trajectory of a globally loved brand. What you will be doing:

  • Concept and pitch social-first ideas during Studio brainstorms, using data and trend insights to create original content that aligns with global themes.
  • Lead global publishing and execution across channels like LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring 100% accuracy, optimal timing, and platform-perfect formatting.
  • Deliver best-in-class social copywriting that balances Trustpilot’s global tone of voice with platform-native wit and high-engagement hooks.
  • Operationalize global consistency by defining guidelines and playbooks that empower regional teams while remaining locally relevant.
  • Drive reactive brand participation by identifying trending audio or memes daily and working with the creative team to get "on-trend" posts live quickly.
  • Act as the frontline voice of the brand, helping to engage with the community in comments and DMs with speed and personality.
  • Monitor and report on performance, pulling weekly data on reach and engagement to provide actionable insights for future creative concepts.
  • Support Studio operations by managing intake requests and briefing design agencies or freelancers to ensure a seamless project flow.

Who you are:

  • Social media expert: you have extensive dedicated experience in social media roles with a portfolio that showcases original concepts brought to life.
  • Strategic pitcher: you can present ideas persuasively in meetings and asynchronous communication, backed by an understanding of what resonates.
  • Platform specialist: you have hands-on knowledge of social platforms and tools like Sprout Social, including a deep understanding of technical specs and accessibility.
  • Strong creative copywriter: you possess strong short-form writing skills with a focus on hooks and clear calls to action.
  • Trend-focused and proactive: you are creatively energetic, constantly ideating, and able to maintain the stamina required for a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented: you have a careful eye for typos and mistakes, ensuring every post meets the highest standards.
  • Global mindset (desirable): experience working in multi-market environments or basic social-first editing skills is a plus.
