Trustpilot is seeking a strategic, high-impact talent leader to shape executive capability for our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of top leadership talent—balancing external executive hiring with internal development to ensure our leadership teams are equipped to guide us through scale.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent, you will partner with People Business Partners to assess capability, design tailored succession.
