Trustpilot is seeking a skilled Business Support Agent to join our London team. You’ll provide multi‑channel support (email, chat, phone) to customers and partners, help with implementation and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to deliver excellent service.

You will work in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment, comfortable handling both B2B and B2C requests, and using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and various e‑commerce solutions.
