As our Campaign Copywriter, you’ll help shape the voice of trust. We’re looking for a curious and concept-driven Campaign Copywriter to join our in-house Studio team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring Trustpilot’s brand to life through bold, thoughtful storytelling that connects with a global audience. You’ll work across campaigns, channels, and teams — partnering with designers, marketers, and strategists to craft messaging that’s consistent, compelling, and true to who we are. As we evolve and scale our brand, your words will help define how we show up in the world. What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll own and deliver creative copy that supports campaigns and brand storytelling across the business.
- Craft high-quality, engaging copy for campaigns, our web platforms, ads, social, emails, and more.
- Script compelling narratives and hooks for short-form video content.
- Develop messaging grounded in customer insights, pain points, and emotional motivators to resonate with key audience segments.
- Write, test, and iterate on copy variations (hook, body, CTA) to support experimentation at scale.
- Partner with designers, marketers, and strategists to develop standout creative ideas and optimize for performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to continuously refine messaging across channels.
- Contribute to evolving our tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
- Build and maintain a library of high-performing copy assets and best practices.
- Stay current on trends in content, marketing, and audience behavior to keep ideas fresh.
- Help build a strong creative culture within the team and beyond.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house team (bonus for B2B/B2C crossover).
- A strong portfolio that shows your range — from big ideas to crisp execution across formats.
- Skilled at translating complex ideas into clear, engaging copy.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and audience needs.
- Collaborative by nature, with great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about inclusive, culturally aware storytelling.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
