As a Senior Product Manager in the consumer decisions team, you will be at the heart of building experiences that help consumers make more confident and informed decisions with businesses they can trust on trustpilot.com and our iOS app.

Working in a cross functional product squad you will drive innovation and product evolution in a world where the technologies consumers are using to make decisions are changing faster than ever before.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products.
  • Prioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to define problems and validate solutions.
  • Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success.
  • Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams.
  • Cultivate solid connections between the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to promote product-focused mindsets across the enterprise.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation.

We are looking for people with:

  • Significant product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of delivering effective digital products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and leading through influence, not authority.
  • Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to guide decision-making and product development.
  • Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in setting up and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement.
  • Passion for emerging technologies such and their application in product innovation and user experience.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common vision.
