As our Senior People Analytics Manager, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams across the organisation to define and track key metrics, analyse people and business data, and turn complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape people strategies and inform investment decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end analytics and reporting domain delivery, covering everything from data extraction and validation to dashboard creation and insight generation.
- Discover and implement opportunities to automate analytical processes and minimize manual effort.
- Help define primary metrics for the people team and set up robust tracking mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (such as Finance, Sales, and People) to pinpoint analytical needs, gather required data, and evaluate metric performance.
- Synthesize complex data analyses into compelling stories for executive and senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject‑matter expert for the people team, enhancing data literacy across the function.
- Conduct both ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Reward & Analytics to enhance data tooling, warehousing, and governance.
- Provide backup and support to the Workforce Planning team during peak workloads or periods of leave.
Who you are
- Strong background in data modelling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence (BI) and dashboarding tools.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders and employees.
- Highly autonomous and self‑motivated, with a strong aptitude for learning new concepts, tools, and skills quickly.
- Collaborative and service‑oriented, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Hands‑on experience with Sage HR (Salesforce).
- Experience working with Looker and Big Query.
