Summary Overview:
Goal: Help grow Trustpilot by bringing new clients onto the world’s largest independent consumer platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customers.
Location: London, with a hybrid work setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
You will help our new business team expand globally. Our partners rely on us to enhance their visibility, establish their reputation, and boost their sales.

What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting various verticals in the UK market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Work closely with your colleagues in Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships, Sales development and management to ensure that you offer the best solution to our customers.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to convert inbound leads from events, webinars and case studies.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet and exceed your targets.
Who you are:

- Knowledge of a SaaS business model, e-commerce or an online reviews market.
- Proven ability to identify, engage and close deals with senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and key industry players.
